For any return requests related to Store Pickup or Online Deliveries, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Non-Perishable Products: Items with a shelf life of over 6 months are eligible for returns if a request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Perishable Items: Highly perishable items such as Meat, Fish, and Vegetables must be reported for return within 1 day of receiving the goods.

Refunds

  • We will issue a full refund for any products that do not meet our quality standards.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval of the return requests.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return and refund requests.
